After reading a post from someone, it just hooked me on an issue. I admit that i seldom and try to avoid writing post on my relationship with my extended family, however, for this time i shall post my stand.
Someone told me that i'm too calculative towards my in-laws. Let me ask you a question. "Will you take up a $1300 (before CPF) job with 10 working hours plus you have a advance dip certificate?"
Well, i know there is perks working with them as i can take leave as an when in need for kammy and no need to pay for transport. Being grateful for their help in paying for most of our wedding expenses, hospital bills and to provide me a shelter. With that i mind, i accept their offer and worked for 7 months.
During those months, my money always meet no end and dearie always tell me the same thing and since then, i know i cannot depend on him neither my in-laws. I tried to save up on eating expenses and until i couldn't squeeze out any more cents, i loan from mummy. That's my last resort as i don't want her to worry for me.
In the end, i quit the job in early april and MIL totally ignored me till now. Maybe she's not someone dear to me that's why i didn't feel anything just the mentality of "that's it, i can survive and earn money to move out someday".
Am i really being calculative?? For all i know, for kammy alone, the expense is $800 which doesn't include medical expense "if" she fall sick. Meal for a month minimum is $200 for both dear & me and other expenses not included etc.. How to survive??
I told that person that you might think i'm being calculative but if i don't plan and save for all of us who will support us?? Nobody!! After all it's my family i have to support, i have to think of and save up. Since i can't depend on dear, i have to work very hard myself. I wanted to give kammy the best, i hope that she can go for classes when she grows up and hope that whenever she see any beautiful toys, i can get it for her.
Maybe people are selfish in certain way but who can understand from my view? I hope one day MIL will think on my view instead of hers.. After all, i thought for them also, that's why initially i agreed in working for them coz it's hard to find an account with that little pay.. After so long, i should also plan for myself..
Last of all, i'm glad that i have my dearest daddy, mummy and jiejie to help me out financially, my bestie lynn to share same sorrow as me and my friends who supported me in my decision which let me feel not that guilty for not helping out in the family business.. =)

Past weeks has been super duper busy... I'm very happy with my busy life, at least the time flies..
Today not much workload as the most troublesome artwork request, i had finish up and the workload will come 1st week of next month... Felt that time is especially slow today coz nothing to do.. That's why can see i'm blogging now.. haha..
Jie bringing me go eat sakura this weekend.. =)
Looking forward to jess's birthday.. Planned for a steamboat at her house with many of her cooking...
Actually wanted to upload pic into photobucket so that i can post in blog but i forgot to bring me USB cable.. Can bluetooth but i don't want my computer to have too many personal photos.. hehe.. I must profesional abit..

♥ Singapore Flyer~
actually planned to go flyer on Saturday.. in the end went on Sunday instead... later shall talk more about Singapore Flyer..
Initially planned to meet ying & her daughter but didn't...

Saturday rot whole day at home with Kammy baby as jie went JB.. Lynn had something on and Suyi working.. sianz..
Sunday morning bring kammy baby see doctor coz she having flu and cough.. the same doctor, the same diagnose, the same advice etc.. LOL.. Had a little nap then jie came over then get prepared and took MRT to city hall at shutter bus to SG flyer.. Terrible i tell you.. Wait 45mins for the shutter bus then initially we have to wait again coz no seat le.. then Bryan very angry say wait for so long liao so in the end the person let us board provided that we are not standing.. FUCK lor... When reach there, queue damn long lor.. Reach at 7pm, the ride is 8pm and guess what, we have to start to queue at 7+pm lor.. so queue for another 45mins or so... Finally inside the capsule, no seat lor.. stand all the way but lucky it's very specious and Kammy enjoyed herself alot...
Finish the ride, took a walk at the discovery garden then have dinner at Popeye.. The chicken not bad... so damn angry when queuing up for the food lor.. Bloody idiot person order le then keep add on and add on.. TMD...
Finish our food, took shutter bus back.. Damn angry again.. Those don't know come from where de Indian huh, keep pushing and "chop chop" space going up the bus.. As if not worst enough, the "chop" seat lor.. FUCK!!! It's like one whole bunch of indians lor.. then Bryan do the same to "chop" seat for us, the funcking indian women buay song... KNN.. not happy then don't come Singapore la.. So du lan lor.. Queue whole day and meet so many funk up things... PUI~!!! i don't recommand the shutter bus lor.. if possible, drive there or walk there better..
Alot of internal thinking within myself, not going to say about it.. Anyway, dear came to bring kammy "only" back home.. *not hinting anything, just some thoughts*...
Jie, bryan, didi and i continue play MJ without precious kammy around and just ended the MJ.. the time now is Monday 6.30am.. I make 2 bottle of chicken essence and i doubt it will keep me awake.. coz i had brands chicken essence last Thursday night and felt damn sleepy.. i felt pretty sleepy on Friday night too and on Satuday, i damn awake.. not because of brands but because it makes me sleep too much!!
Took alot of pics at the flyer, will post when jie upload in the computer.. Alot of other photos too but have to wait la.. =)
Work wise, i'm happy coz i tried alot of differnt stuff like writing cover letter for editors, going meetings and participate in photo taking.. =)
That's all, i going zzz le.. Remember, chicken essence makes me sleepy.. Yawnz..

♥ Wonderful weekend..
Saturday went back to celebrate Mother's day cum mummy's birthday.. Already plan with jie on the prank we intend to play on mummy.. I can see that she's very happy for the effort we put in to "prank" her.. LOL.. played a mini treasure hunt for her ang bao and saw her encounting problems to the question we asked her in order to gain her clue card.. Good thing is that most of the stuff we asked her, daddy knew the answer and keep hinting her.. haha..
Had steamboat for 2 days.. =) Sunday went library with jie to check on book regarding stocks, investment and funds.. not much reward on that.. Side note, an apologise to lynn for not answering her calls and never saw her sms while at library.. Anyway, i really "heart" my this bestie.. she surprise me with my belate birthday present cum friendship day present with a Coach strip wrist bag.. =) On top of that, it's PINK in colour.. LOVE~
Ying & lishan came in the morning to visit cum play with the naughty girl.. I'm surprised that ying has married and her daughter is already 8+ months and she look slimmer than before *envy* .. I really treasure my friendship with her coz she's my first China friend.. haha.. anyway, congrats her for getting PR.. =)
Today at work still not that bad.. everything is well and i'm sort of getting pretty well with my team.. Chatted with some "long-time-no-contact" friend like Karen, xiao yan & louis..
I already plan my next weekend.. i'm looking forward to our Singapore Flyer trip, visit to ying's daughter "en en" and if extra time, hopefully can meet lynn up and karen together cos she want to visit naughty kammy girl..
Catch up with Ivy on my way back and talked about alot of stuff, felt good as she's a very good listener and a spy.. haha..

First day work (05/05/08) @ charles & keith was pretty excited but didn't mingle much with colleague as they like so unfriendly.. Other than that, everything is good.. Same as lynn, i have big big table, almost the same length as both arms stretch out, rocking chair, laptop with bluetooth enable, personalise email add, skype, spacious pantry, in-house store for C&K / pedro etc..
Second day at work still ok.. went lunch alone.. how sad.. haha.. pretty slack and i managed to level my facebook (mob war) from level 7 to level 11.. HAHAHA..
Third day (today) at work, another marketing coordinator came.. went for orientation and my terms with my fellow marketing team was good as they are very impressed that i could remember 7 of their names.. Ofcoz, liz, glenn and me became closer as we 3 are new and add on to that, we 3 sits together.. =)
I'm pretty shocked to know that most staff there are also newbie.. Melissa is 2months, 2 VM is 1 month+, Eli is 2 months etc...
Anyway, my company is still hiring people for different dept.. if interested, do give them a call.. hope to see you as my colleague.. haha
Today Charles "the boss" bought kueh for all of us.. Finally saw the real person and he is indeed very very young.. haha..
Michelle tag me along for her meeting with a supplier.. I'm very happy.. =) Cindy also tag liz along for a meeting.. haha..
Basically, i'm quite happy now except that when going home, have to walk out so far and cross the street to take bus then have to cross opp and walk up hill.. *shagged*
I very du lan with dearie today.. i reached jln lokam and ask if he could drove down to pick me up as i have blister.. guess what, he ask me slowly walk back.. TMD.. damn angry lor.. usually i took around less then 10 mins to reach home but today i took going 30mins lor.. somemore is walk in agony and almost limping.. KNN..
